Well, it was on Friday, September 1, 2007 that we went on a three day trip to Reno. There were three families that went on the trip. One was mine of course, another was my friend’s, and then there was another family friend coming with us. We had a wonderful time playing with friends. We did many things like go carting, bumper caring, and bowling. Now I will tell you about the great time we all had together.
I will start off with the super long trip. We did go and eat at round table pizza but there was still another three boring hours. People kept telling me to sleep, but until then I did not sleep, and my friend woke up. We started chatting but only for a little while. Finally we were there and we just stood for some time while all of the dads checked in the hotel. We got rooms 2404, 2441, and 1761. My best friend got 2441 I got 2404 and the other family friend got 1761.
Ahhh. It’s finally morning the first thing my friends and I did was going for one very eventful game of bowling. I am the best at bowling, then comes my friend, then my friend’s sister, then my brother then my other family friend. The person who won was my friends sister then it was me then it was my brother then it was my other family friend. After that we went back up to the rooms and played our DS Lites while watching a movie! After a few hours we went to the arcade. We did the frog jump first. Then we did some video gaming in the arcade. We were still in the arcade when someone suggested doing the bumper cars
We did it but my best friends car always went backwards, otherwise it was very fun. Then we all trooped to my room. We all played our DS Lites until 9:00 where we had to go to sleep. A very peculiar thing was that my mom, my best friend and I all woke up at 1:46 and at 1:50 we were all asleep again.
Finally it is the second day at Reno. We started off at the go carting place where we did many rounds of driving a go cart. Then we did some more bowling where I finally do not use the side railings and I kept getting a few gutter balls. My friends sister won again. We then went to our rooms and played our DS Lites until we found out about the swimming pool. So, we went to the swimming pool but the owners said that after 3:00 only adults were allowed in the pool. How cheap. Then we went for an 18 hole game of mini golfing it was fun but not as fun as golfland. Then we went to our rooms we were playing our DS Lites until 12:00 which is when we slept.
Well, that was it until the boring ride back. I am sorry but that is all I have to say to you I hope you will like to go to Reno after reading this essay.
